I came to the C.S. Brown Group after months of trying to heal from voluntary job resignation. Like so many in the workforce, I had reached a point of burnout and had to accept the painful reality that I was no longer valued in a space where I had spent more than a decade of my career. Leaving was not easy, but I knew that I had to put my health and well-being first. The coaching I received from Mr. Brown not only affirmed my decision but also provided me with invaluable strategies for processing my past work experience. Mr. Brown is masterful listner. He asked thoughtful questions that inspired me to deeply consider what I value most personally which, in turn, allowed me to expand my thinking on my professional goals. In short, I am forever grateful for Mr. Brown's encouragement and support. I have a new visioin for my future-one that places who I AM (not what I DO) as my top priority.
